RETURN TIME:

Returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery.

RETURN REASONS:

Wrong product

Size issue

Damaged product

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

If the package appears damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery.

Customers must record an unboxing video while opening the package.

If you select “Damaged Product” as the return reason, you must provide this video for verification.

RETURN POLICY:

The product must be unused.

No return after cutting/washing/stitching fabric

The product must be returned without any damage.

REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

REFUND METHOD:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account or UPI ID provided during the return request process.

RETURN PICKUP:

Return pickup will be arranged by our team.

The product must be returned without any damage.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or worn products.

Customized or altered items.

Products without original packaging.

Customized products.

Customized Products – No Return / Exchange

Products that are customized, personalized, or made according to the customer’s specific requirements (including custom colors, designs, sizes, names, logos, embroidery, printing, or any other special modifications) are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless the product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition due to our error.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cash On Delivery Orders May Be Cancelled Until Pickup Is Sheduled , While Online Payment Orders May Be Cancelled Until The Payment Is Completed.
